Consumer Redressal

I had this terrible experience as a customer of solovoga and shoppers stop. In march i bought a pair of shoes for 1500 bucks from shoppers stop, south city mall, kolkata. When wearing it for the third time, it started to tear off and on the way the sole got torn apart and left me with a bruised and sore feet. I lost the shoe and 1500 bucks. Shoppers stop guys were not interested to give a helping hand. As a customer I feel cheated and frustrated. I being a regular customer of both shoppers stop and solovoga want justice and action on your end.
