Dear Sir, Madam. I had submitted a Blacberry phone for warranty repairs on 2 issues Mic failure, heating up. Redington India Ensure support services returned the phone with Mic repaired but not Phone heating issue. I resubmitted the phone. They said that it could take 30-40 days and working on replacement. When I rang up Ensure support today the Service personnel gave me a date that could be another 30 days. Want to file a complaint for replacement of Phone earliest and deficiency of service as I am loosing 2 months of non usage of Phone. Please let me know what documents to be submitted to send notice under this forum\'s help. Thanks Dhanasekaren
