One Data Card-303 EMI-86369013809361 purchased from Idea co. vide bill.no.6 dt 15/05/2014 of M/s Madhav Enterprises, Jagadhri. After one month it stop working. After so many reminders idea representative visit and told we will replace the data card. After 20 days he returned back to me saying, cut your shop bill and then it will take 40 more days for replacement. Why I cut my shop bill when I has taken the same for my personal use. They r taking so long time for replacement. how one can wait even a single day without internet in business. Kindly look into the matter and oblige.
