I had purchased an Aquaguard Comapct water purifier of Eureka Forbes company (Customer ID 1011291545) but the machine was malfunctioning since the day of installation(20/07/2014). The company service personnel came just once after innumerable requests to inspect. The complaint docket no is C89C287632. it has been over one month but I have got no response from the Company even after regular Emails and telephone calls. This has created a great inconvenience for me and my family due to drinking water problem.
