Consumer Redressal

I had booked a tatksl ticket from cstm yo hyderabad on 16th august 2014. date of journey was 17th august. since the ticket was w/l 1 at the time of bookingm I immediately cancelled it. at the time of cancellation chart was not prepared and the pnr status showed that booking status was w/l 1 and current status cancelled, chart not prepared. however the railways are not refunding me my amount claiming that the ticket was confirmed at the time of chart preparation. chart would have been prepared on 17th of august as the scheduled departure of the train was at 12.15 pm fr cstm. however I had cancelled it on 16th itself before the chart were prepared.
