Consumer Redressal

This complaint is regarding refund of balance and recharged amount. This is to bring into your notice that Uninor has shut down its operation in mumbai circle on 16-Feb-2013 after 11:00 PM as per guideline of supreme court of India. I am a customer of Uninor with contact no of +919172372464. I was having balance of 94/- at that time and also I have recharged an amount of Rs 511/- =Rs 470/-(top up) + Rs 49/-(bonus card)on the same day 16-feb-13 at 9:30 Pm through uninor website previous to the shutdown of network. I would also like tell you that no prior information was given for shutdown of network nor they informed me at the time of recharge through their website so that i couldn\'t have recharged my number. After shutdown of network they flashed alternate customer care no. +919175091750 and when i called at that no and asked him regarding my refund of money they simply replied that no money would be refunded. Sir, this is very painful event for me as i have lost total of Rs 605/-.
