Airtel has charged abruptly higher amount for installation of phone as oppose to other people in same vicinity for same services (I have been charged 4500/- as oppose to 1000/-) and on top of it Airtel is justifying the additional charges and charging even higher amount as rental as well. When I want express my desire to discontinue the service they said nothing would be refunded.
Seeking your help in resolving this issue, their authorities have failed to resolve the issue
