I have purchased one cycle scooter(Model BHL-09-SCOOTY) from M/s Kamala Cycle Mart, 9A, Lalbazar Street, Kol-1 for my 7yrs old son at a price of Rs.650.00 on 08.07.2014. With in 20days the cycle scooter was broken by structure and it is no more in usable condition. when report the matter to the shop they did not pay any heed into our problem and advise us to repair it by welding the broken part as it is of china made, but at the time of purchase they did not say/mention anything like that even in their bill also they did not mention such china factor. by doing so they cheat us by Rs.650.00 and also broke the heart of my little son.
Please do the needful and advice us accordingly.
