Consumer Redressal

Have taken a loan from Tata Capital and since i wanted to foreclose my loan account no 3396011 after a continuos follow up since 8 july 2014 with the call centre for closure letter they finally gave a letter on 22 july 2014 and to foreclose the loan i have already given a chq for amount of rs 397782 , chq no : 251221 dated 22 july 2014 in TATA CAPITAL , Gariahat Branch , Kolkata but till date i have not recvd the NOC and they have charged 4.5 % as closure charges whereas the closure charge was 4 % mentioned in the agreement . To this they have said that in agreement it is mentioned that TATA Capital can increase charges any time they wish for and to substantiate the same i have asked for the agreemnet copy on 22 july 2014 through various mail but till now i have not received the same . If they cannot give the agreement copy then i would request reversal of .5 % charges and NOC copy.Have followed up throught there customer care but nobody responded , compliant id no #480669
