Consumer Redressal

I have activated the caller tune by dailling 55655 savan aaya hai (creature 3D) they played that song and i confirmed it by pressing 1 but they have set some other caller tune for which i have complain as soon as the tune was set ,they told me its default and my original one will be activated after 4 hours but after 11 hours also its not the correct one. For which i called again and Mr. Vinod has picked my call and when i explained him all the thing he didnt gave me any good reponse on that he is telling me he ll deactivate my service but i have to pay for it i told him to contact me with senoir manager but he didnt and kept me on hold for long time approx.30 min after that he kept me on mute option. this is what the service you people are giving ,not spending my sunday with family and friends i am behind this bloody caller tune ,please do this ASAP and this is really very worst experience with vodafone in my life my family is using vodafore so i came to you people but never thought ab
