Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, We had booked a flat in Golden Sparrow at vill. Ghazipur, Zirakpur punjab in May, 2012 for 900 sft 2bhk flat at top floor with Mr jaiprakash Goyal the builder 9216132161 through Mr BK Wahi THE PROPERTY DEALER 9041041407.THey value of the flat was 23,25,000.00. A token amount of 4,00,000.00 was given and we got a sanction of loan from HDFC for 25,00,000.0, but due to non availability of documents from the builder we couldnt get the loan and it expired after 6 months and the file charges of Rs 22,0000 went as a waste. No flat was given to us due to non approval from the muncipality. We have been requesting from the bulder to give our money back. He is not givingour money excepting for 50,000/- which he had given in August in 2013.Kindly help us to get our money. Regards Parvinder Singh
