One of the agent from standard chartered bank sold me a credit card with wrong information. I came to know about the annual charges during the verification call from their side and requested them to cancel my application. One of their executive informed me that if i dont use the card for 90 days the card will automatically get cancelled and i didnt used the card. Surprisingly today i got a statement with outstanding amount. Kindly help.
