want to file a complaint against Tim Tara Online shopping portal . I had placed order for Micro Max Canvas Mobile on 17/01/2013 via order No : 10385822 and payment was deducted Rs 9189 from mine credit card on same day . I have not received delivery of mobile till date and following up from Tim Tara customer care , but no response coming from their side . While I am enclosing my order details. I would request to solve mine query and got my refund back
