I have a Demat & Trading Account with M/s India Infoline Limited, New BEL Road Branch.
In July, they have squared-off my open positions without information to me causing heavy losses. As per the risk clauses, they were supposed to inform me to take remedial measures wrt risk cover before squaring-off open positions. The company is not giving me proper explanation. There is a clear lapse on their part as they failed to inform me. Thus there is a deficiency in service which caused me heavy losses. Please let me know which govt organization can help mw to get my grievances redressed and losses compensated.
