This is to inform I took HBL of Rs.300000 from HDFC in 2000.On 13 Feb, 2013 I paid the total dues to HDFC and HDFC issued the letter where it was written \"We are in receipt of Rs.117895.00 towards Full Prepayment of your Loan on 13/Feb/2013 from other sources\".
So after 13 Feb, 13 there was no due to HDFC. And in that letter there was no provision of any due what so ever. But they are issuing outstanding bills every month.
From where it generates?
According to Accountancy there cannot be any due after settlement.
