I have purchased a DELL All In One Computer from Saboo Computers on 7.12.2013 vide their Invoice No. scpl/gh-ri/06368/13-14 and the same was installed in my home on the same day, taking out of the sealed package of Dell. The computer was under 12 months warranty. This computer has given some given
some problems and I made a complaint for repair of the same. The engineer from Dell came to our house and after inspecting the same said the computer was tampered and he cannot repair/ replace any thing. I am a senior sitizen and it is not earthly possible for me to tamper the machine as I am a novice in computer and only operates on some software like MS Word and operate emails. Now Dell says they will not be able to do anything on this. The computer cost me Rs.33,800/- and as a customer of Dell I am suffering. They are not giving any other solution also. Kindly help.
