Dear sir, This is to inform you that on 5th April 2014 my wife had caesarian operation for baby delivery in Ballabgarh AIIMS hospital but due to negligence of anesthesia injection my wife’s legs stop working and we have a baby on same day . On duty doctor name was Dr. Sunita she observed that due to injection my wife legs are not working .She kept my wife under her treatment for almost 2 days but after that she thought matter become serious and she referred my patient to Delhi AIIMS(All India institute of medical science) hospital emergency at midnight .There doctor Vipin looked upon the case and after observation he told us for spinal operation for removal of blood clot of (hematoma). Then I signed that form and my wife again undergone with spinal operation just after 4 days of delivery and caesarian operation but still my wife legs are not working. So I am looking upon the justice. I want to fight against doctor and hospital negligence but I do not have sufficient money to hire an Advocate. So if you can help me in any way. I would be very thankful to you as I am looking for justice. Or else we are looking for an advocate who can take this case and we will pay after winning this case. Please help….
