Consumer Redressal

This complain is against my telecom service provider Vodafone. Although I have paid all my bills in due time, a bill amount of Rs 981.13 for the month of march, 2014 have included into my bill amount for the month of April and all subsequent bills. I went to the respective service provider\'s office many time , submitted all relevent documents and requested them to correct the said issue. Although an assurance been given to me by an employee Mr. Jyoti posted at Sarat Bose Road (opposite Rabindra Sarobor) , nothing happened. Today they have disconnected my outgoing connection alleging the same reason. This has affected my profession and has incured financial losses. Please resolve the matter at the earliest.
