We have taken Aqua Guard (Eureka Forbes product) AMC for 2 years in Jun 2013. Our Service is over due since last 1.5 months and we have no resolution till today. We have also registered service request#0077548543 around 10 days back but still no resolution. Family is spending Rs 200-300 per day on water bottled bill. We need our AMC+Water Bottled bill along with resolution of complaint.
