Consumer Redressal

Hi, I paid 10000 Rs to Economizone to providing advisory services for Commodities trading. They Provide services for 4 days and I beared a loss of 50000. I spoke to them and they assured me to provide advisory services however they have not provide any services. When I asked for refund of 10000/- they said it is not in company policy. Pls suggest as this is unfair practice of getting money from cusotmer and not provideing services and neither providing refund. Regards Anuj
