I have purchase fridge make LG model GL-348PVQ4 on 08/05/2014. Seller (M/s Gautam store, Bijainagar, Ajmer) charged Rs 33650/- and given the bill for the same. He refuesed to write dealer name and seal detail on warrenty card. wrote only the invoice no with date.
Apart from this, When fridge is delivered at house, Found the MRP on the Box is Rs 32800/- & Mfd Date 11/05/2013 and Sr No of machine and model also matching.
Informed to seller about this, but he told that price is for this year.
Model No of the front of the fridge door & back side of fridge are witten different.
Front side Model No : GL-348PVQE4/2013
And back side MODEL NO GL-348PVQ4 which is also misguide the buyer.
As per model No of GL-348PVQE4 market price is appros Rs. 42000/- . Confirmed at web side and Customer care toll free number on 09/05/2014.
Both seller and Manfufactur are chatting the buyer. As i am one of them, I am Complaining about both.
Pls do the needful.
