Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir / Madam We booked a consignment (online shopping return material) to the below mentioned address by DTDC courier ( New Alipur - Kolkata ) on 26th July 2014. The consignment is not delivered to the address nor has been returned to my address till date. The tracking detail showed attempted on 28th July 2014. After that there was no update. We kept contacting the Kolkata office , Gurgaon branch etc. This is plain harassment in the courier company\'s part because when the consignment was booked ,it was never informed to us that this cannot be delivered in the address given. We lost around Rs.2000/- as it was a return item for online shopping ,in addition the courier charges also. I need a redressal of my grievance and a compensation of my loss.
