My name is Dinesh., I was previously worked in a Private limited company for 4 years in ERA BUILDSYS LTD is situated in Umred MIDC ,Nagpur (M.S.) and head office in Noida where the company has deducted PF from my salary. I left the job last year in OCT 2013, but not cleared my PF still date. Company management not supported for this. Also as per my PF E-statement I have seen company yet not deposited money of 1-year .Regarding this I have sent in EPFO office in bracket mentioned mail regarding this same but still no reply. (acc.dlut@epfindia.gov.in>,<ro.delhi.south@epfindia.gov.in) Please advise me what do to do for claiming my PF ?. For your reference, still I am from Nagpur (my native place) & my PF is belonging from South Delhi.
