Dear Consumer Redressal team,
My sofaset is infested with termite. The warranty against manufacturing defects is valid for just 1 year and its been less than 2 years, the material wood itself was low quality and untreated, and got infested with termites.
The company refuses to replace the sofaset costing Rs.30000/-.
