Respected sir,
i have a mobile handset of indian mobile company MICROMAX,which i bought in 2013.
On date 08/07/2014,i submitted my phone to the authorised customer service centre of concerned company for repair and they gave me a receipt/jobsheet of approx 150 rs only as charge against repair.But now the service centre neither repairing my phone nor they are giving valid reason for it till now 07/08/2014(0ne month from the date of submitting).Even the reply of other side is very disappointing.
I am suffering from their poor customer service from past 1 month and seems no solution without Consumer Redresssal Forum.
Kindly Look into the matter.
