Dear Sir,
I have purchased an LPG connection from M/S radharaman Gas Services, 72 Gangapur, Purbaputiary, Kolkata 93 who are a distributor of Indane in our locality on 31 May2014 vide consumer number CX9516398, SV No 68350 after paying Rs. 5000/- in cash. The products which they sold me consisted of a cooking oven, cylinder, regulator & pipe. The deficiency in services are mentioned here under:
1)i was forced to purchase the entire set though i had requested them to provide the cylinder only.
2) At the time of payment they did not provided me with a bill and said that the same will be provided from their godown along with the cylinder, oven, regulator & pipe.
3) Till date they have not provided me with the cylinder,oven, regulator and pipes.
I hereby request your intervention since they have made me run from pillar to post even after taking the full payment.
