I had purchased IFB Microwave Oven Model No.20BC3 on 11.11.2011 for Rs.8800/- from M/s Raj Electronics, Dwarka. The appliance developed fault three months back and I had lodged complaints with IFB Company several times online and by phone also (Ph. Ns. 65423608 and 18604255678) Complaint was also made to Ms. Deepika (Incharge) at ph. no. 9311683935. No action has been taken by the Company till date. The
