I have purchased Glen make cooktop from Croma during Oct\'13 and last week this glass got broken during normal cooking process. Now glen is asking Rs 1500 for replacement of this glass.
My perspective is first of all they should ban this product and infrom the customer about the drawback while purchase of this product.
