Consumer Redressal

We had purchased a stitching machine of “Usha” brand from M/S Anupama Sewing Traders of 635 D.H.Road,Behala,Kolkata-700034,Phone- 9883136226, vide their Invoice No.1059 on 07.07.2014 for Rs.24150. However, after delivering the machine we have been contacting them for the last 20 days for sending their mechanic for making setting adjustments for using the machine but they are neither registering our complaint nor sending their mechanic for setting the machine. This has resulted in heavy losses for us due to non fulfilment of orders for which we had purchased the machine. We would request you to kindly take the responsible company to task , make them fulfil their service agreement and pay for damages caused to us because of their non fulfilment of contract.
