I have purchased water purifier on 2/10/2007 and after one year i.e. on 19/10/2008, I have taken AMC contract for Life Time (i.e. for 5 Years as per contract) from Rubicon Services by paying Rs. 5,000/- but after expiry of four years they are not ready to give service. Even during four years of service they have not given proper service to us.
