We have been trying to trace the subsidy credit in our bank account number but have not yet got the credit. Kindly look into the matter and revert as both the bank and the Indane Distributor has confirmed that their database is showing proper records.
Cash memo numbers : 3000057537 dt 05/12/2013, amt Rs 597.75 & 3000073313 dt 04/01/2014, amt Rs 805.25 and the first subsidy of Rs 435 in the month of November.
Kindly guide on how this matter can be resolved as we have visited the office of Indane Mansarover Distributor twice, but they have refused to co-operate in this matter.
