We have been charged incorrectly by Vodafone India in our June billing. There is a 5 MB data download 13 times due to server error. This is charged to us and billed to us. We have raised complaint with nodal and appellate, but they keep saying their billing is correct. It shows that 65 MB is getting downloaded in 25 minutes and that also split at 5 MB\'s. There is some flaw in the pattern which is clearly die to server error/ server trying to reconnect to download.
Vodafone not ready to accept their mistake and reverse the transaction.
