Consumer Redressal

Hello sir/madam i m using aircel service and my no is 9563741811 . Yyesterday they had deducted rs 40 from my no without any reason . I had called them thrice , every time they said call after 2 hrs bt i didnt get any response .then i posted my complaint in this site. Today i received a call from senior executive but he also didnt gave any reason for deduction instead he again asked me to contact customer care after 6 pm bt now they had blocked my no , i called 198 from different aircel no but they again asked me to call later . Its very disturbing and depressing for me . Plz help me in this regard. Thank you
