Consumer Redressal

I had taken a loan from state bank of India industrial estate branch Gwalior in 1989 to run a factory in partnership. I could not run the venture successfully. The project went into loss and was closed. The bank auctioned the plant. It went to drt jabalpur to recover the balance loan. The case was closed in 2013 when I paid rs 16 lakh. Now when I ask for my documents of the property kept mortgaged with the bank, the officials say no record is available. The branch manager is not responding to any letters. I am mentally harassed. I am almost eighty years old, and cannot walk. I retired from the army. I would like to clear all financial dues so that my progeny is not harrased or embarrassed. Please advise. Thanks and regards.
