Consumer Redressal

hello sir.... I have booked a reputated parlour in gandhi nagar for my makeup in my marriage on 3 September . I have given 7000 in advance but now the main artist from whom I want to get my make up done is charging me more money. Earlier no such excuse was given to me by her attendants. They have also not give to me any computerised receipt or any cash memo. I\'m demanding my money refund as I have not taken any service from them till now and I want to hire a different parlour now as I\'m not happy with their lame excuses and demands but they are not ready to refund me. plz help me... What can be done in my case. As my marriage is approaching plz help me in fast redressal.
