Visited Pind Balluchi Vatika Grand, Sector 29, Near Leisure Valley Park, Gurgaon. Protested against illegal service charges included in bill no. B00015039 dt. 23.07.2014 but forced to pay entire amount. Manager also refused to help. Payment made vide credit cardtransaction ID (TID) no. 27196267. Help sought.
