Consumer Redressal

we had placed an order no 7728600 on 26 jan 2013 through rediff online shopping for purchase of a New Micromax G4 Gamolution Dual SIM mobile phone amounted to Rs. 2749 which was debited to my account on 26th jan 2013. But it was not delieverd to us due to service issues. Moreover, we were not informed about the cancelletion of the shopping. Now we are asking for the refund, but they are saying we have already refunded the amount in your account on 29th jan 2013, but till date i.e. 11th feb 2013 we have not recieved any refund in that account from which the amount was debited. Please look into the matter urgently as we are very much harassed by their services
