Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, On 24th July 2014 I have placed order no.17274283 for INTEX Aqua i5 HD at www.shopclues.com. On 25th July 2014 I have received mail from shopclues.com mentions that your order has been cancelled due to mention wrong price. For other order no.17271729 of the same product from same merchant at same price they inform me that merchant arrange to deliver the product its take 48 hours, On 28th July they cancel my both order as per their wish without inform me. Very unresponsive answers from their side.When i call the customer care executive they are not even ready to give any communication information and make excuse or telling lie every time like that they have so many order at same time, stock not available, wrong price mention by merchant, merchant try to arrange product its may take some time. Amount for both order already debited from my Credit card. I feel that the company only makes fraud with me. Kindly do the needful, please help me. Thanks & regards, Anil Prajapati
