I am using Vodafone connection for approx. 15 years now.
This time I could see they degraded their services without the knowledge of customer. They changed my talk plan without any intimation or either by my request.
I have identified Oct\'13 and Mar\'14 they changed my talk plan. Even when I requested how they change my connection plan? I got always reply that they have sole responsible to change any thing..
Really it surprised.. Please take necessary action on this.
Let me know if I need to withdraw my existing connection.
