Sir,
I have purchased one NOKIA XL phone from EASTERN LOGICA INFO LTD. ON 06.06.2014.
Within a month the phone dispaly started problem and it was unablke to see anything for which I have taken my mobile to various nokia care service centre .All the representive at various centre have same answer that we have no spare parts avilable right now.
I have lodge complaint online in nokia on 06.07.2014 and 24.07.2014 but unfortunately till date I have not got the services.
My request is either the phone shoulkd be replace with new one or my money should get refunded.
I am completely unsatisfied with there product and feeling harassed as the product is on warranty.
Request further to take immeiate action on the same.
Looking forward for your valuable suggetion and action on the same.
I may submit the original buyer copy a well as all the correspondence mail on the said issue as and when it be needed.
