I am using two bsnl cellular number, both are DND registered. One is 9457045756 registered for DND and another one is 9456016260 registered for DND Both are TRAI confirmed DND registration. , today 27-07-2014 at 17-30 I have received a call on no+911402260124 on my mob. No 9457045756 and deduction rs 30-00 Without my permission and knowledge, it has deducted my balance also mentioning as monthly subscription fees, the balance deduction message was from the sender 543211. This is for your information that I neither have activated nor have permitted anyone to activate such unlimited music services to of my numbers. Therefore, I request your concerned authority to take action against the service provider and enable me to reimburse the deducted amount to my mobile account.
