Dear sir ,
i buy a karbonn A 21 mobile on 29-01-13. but i found battery problem in this mobile in 1-2 days. i go to karbonn mobile service center but he says there are no battery available for this mobile .i contact to karbonn customer care but he said that there are no battery available for A21 mobile we will arrange in 2 days and call you. but now today 13 days no any call from customer care no any response from service center. i have facing many problem for battery. very poor service by karbonn mobile Please help me as soon as possible
