1-Shri Durga prasad Mishra left M/S SANOFI PASTEUR INDIA on 9-5-2008 and joined ZYDUS CADILA,AHMEDABAD
2-His A/C NO with SANOFI was DL/20130/212 and A/C NO with ZYDUS CADILA was GJ/1357E/24268
3-AMOUNT DEPOSITED BY THE EMPLOYEE with SANOFI was Rs 146491/
4-AMOUNT DEPOSITED BY THE EMPLOYER with SANOFI was Rs 121116/
5-TOTAL AMOUNT ACCUMULATED WAS=Rs 267607/
6-Form 13 A duly filled in and signed by was sent to SANOFI immediately after AUG-2008 and many reminders were forwarded for effecting the transfer,but some how transfer could be possible only during 2012 that to the amount was delivered wrongly to EPF,AHMEDABAD,which was sent back to RO,EPF,SOUTH DELHI.
7-With several reminders and follow up action, the said amount was delivered to the cadila health care ltd-managerial cadre EPF only in 2014.
