I purchased an Airtel DTH connection with customer ID 3014974382 on 24/7/14 and Distributor M/s Laxmi Telecom, Rohtak installed on 24/7/14 at 8.00 p.m. with one year warranty without useful guidance to operate the box. On next day morning when the Set Top Box switched on it gave no indication. When our family member pushed its front panel button it gone inside the box. I called the distributor and he took the box back for replacement, but later he asked that the box has been damaged and I have to pay Rs.400/- which is against warranty. Later he asked if company approved a swap box will be given, but all in vain. He neither replaced the box nor repaired. I want the replacement of the box at the earlier possible.
