I bought a flip cover for my Gionee M2 mobile on 8th July from PORTAMART.IN. I paid the money by net banking. My order I D is 18349. But till now I did not get any parcel. I called them so many time but they are not picking up the phone. I also mail them but only an autogenerated mail is coming showing that they will take step with in 24 - 48 hour. Please help me and punish them so that they can\'t cheat anybody.
