Consumer Redressal

Sir, This is to submit that I signed a Business Agreement with one Mr. Gurvinder Singh Arora, Prop./Owner of Vertical Planet IT & BPO Solutions INC.,19, 2nd floor, Prem Nagar, Ambala City (Haryana), Contact Nos. 9991926424, 9991926524, 0171-6500222/333/444/555/999 and his accomplice Sandeep sharma, Contact No.97298-77333, web site info@verticalplanetsolutions.com, for typing work and paid them a refundable security amount of Rs.5000/- vide their receipt No.1266 dated 05-09-13. Subsequently I was refunded only a partial amount of Rs.3500/- vide HDFC Bank (branch at NH-72, PO Panjokhra Sahib, Near Bus Stand, Ambala-Naraingarh Road, Amabla-134003), cheque No.000538/133240009/000465/29 dt. 30-06-14 from their account No.50200001601630. The above cheque was promptly returned to me by bank with remarks – ‘Account Closed’. I have tried to contact at above numbers but the same are ‘switched off’ and my written requests/letters to their above address have returned ‘unclaimed’. Needless to
