Hi,
Myself Anil Kumar, have a query on OnlineShopping website named www.timtara.com.
Have Placed an order #10150993 with timtara.com on 19-12-2011. Cancelled it as their customer care updated me as product out of stock. According to them amount has to be refund in 7 working days.
Still today dated 14/06/2012 i didnt receive my money back.
I have tried out many ways in written & phone calls to contact Timtara, resulted no way. So I thought of approaching Legally.
Kindly help me.
