Consumer Redressal

The complaint is against IGL I booked a complaint with Indraprastha Gas Ltd through their Customer Care Number - 18601801817 on 1-6-2014 vide complaint number - 20141566134. The complaint was registered to re-install the IGL meter as renovation of kitchen was over. IGL says they resolve all complaints maximum within 17 days however for our complaint though not resolved till today, IGL closed the complaint on 7-7-2014 after 36 days on their own. When we enquired, they say we did on the feedback of our technician to which we said, show our signatures or approval on the basis of which our complaint has been closed by IGL ? Now they say to know the reason why IGL closed the complaint, you may write a letter to our head office at R K puram In view of above, we have to say that it is sheer monopoly , negligience , irresponsible and insensitive behaviour and harrasment on the part of IGL to a consumer who instead of arranging to work on the complaint and close it giving illogical reasons
