My Polo car Reg.No. HR 51 AP 5496 VIN No- BT072798 in Volksagen Faridabad workshop from 23/06/2014 for repairing after minor accident with motor cycle one month is over but finally not repaired, even they tell me problems in phase manner one by one till last week as a delay tactics and to shift repair cost on my side . The insurance company bajaj allianz policy no. OG-14-1105-1801-00011215 cust. Id - 41120815 has cover full comprehensive insurance but this insurance company has denied to give claim regarding accidental dent and paint in driver side quarter panel and driver side front door lock without assigning a justified reasons in written by Volkswagen Faridabad and insurance company . The volkswagen and Insurance company has nexus to cheat the customer and making a maximum bill amount on customer side they have made billing amount till now as reported telephonically appx. Rs 55000/- out of which appx 50% amount will be charged on customer side. They had not given survey report.
