Consumer Redressal

I took one personal loan from Standard chartered bank, Beofre taking loan they clearly told that loan is with last EMI waiver. I got the loan sanction letter also with last EMI waiver. During the cource of loan there were two cheque bounces. So bank came telling that due to cheque bounces last EMI waiver is not applicable. When i repeatedly told about the laon sanction bank told that this condition is there in loan agreement. Bank did not give the loan agreement copy when it was signed later also they did not give until last EMI is paid. After receipt of agreement copy I saw the same, But this condition is not there. I did not want to pay last EMI. So i did not maintain the amount in the account, they keep on presenting the cheques to bank due to which bank showed around 250 check(ECS) bounces, Due to this my CIBIL rating as come down drastically. Bank cheated me by marketing their product wrongly and defaming my CIBIL rating for 15 lakhs
